Terms of use

These terms govern the Infinite Paid service. They set out what Infinite Paid does with a token's creator fees, what it does not do, and what is expected of anyone who launches a token through it.

Effective
23 September 2026
Version
1.6
Applies to
The Infinite Paid site, protocol and payout service

Changed on 23 September 2026: clauses 10 and 13 now divide an expired unclaimed payment, and a removed handle's unsent balance, in half: 50% passes to the protocol treasury wallet and 50% is spent on the $PAID buyback and burn. Previously the whole amount funded the buyback.

1The service

Infinite Paid is a bridge between token creator fees and X Money. When a token directs its creator fees to Infinite Paid, we claim those fees on chain, convert the recipient share to dollars, and send it to the X account named in the token's metadata.

Infinite Paid does not issue tokens, operate a launchpad, run a market, make a market, or provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It does not custody your wallet and never asks for a private key or a seed phrase. Registration is permissionless: no application is made to us and no approval is given by us.

“You” means whoever is reading this document, in whichever of the two roles clause 6 and clause 7 set out.

2The operator

Infinite Paid is operated by a private company (the “Operator”, also “Infinite Paid”, “we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and the Operator. The Operator's legal name and place of organization are not published on this site. They will be disclosed in connection with any dispute under these Terms, to any arbitrator or court, and where the law requires it.

3Definitions

Infinite Paid
The Operator: the company that operates this site, the protocol described on it, and the payout service. Referred to as we and us.
Deployer
The person who launches a token and directs its creator fees to Infinite Paid.
Recipient
The X account named in a token's metadata as the destination for the recipient share.
Creator fees
The fees a launchpad pays to a token's creator wallet in respect of trading in that token.
Claim
An on-chain transaction in which Infinite Paid collects accrued creator fees for a registered token.
Recipient share
80% of a claim, payable to the recipient.
Protocol cut
20% of a claim, retained by Infinite Paid and spent on $PAID buybacks.
Claim window
The period X Money allows an unclaimed payment to be claimed before it expires and returns to the sender, usually 14 days. Set by X Money, not by Infinite Paid.
Held balance
A recipient share withheld under clause 12 or clause 14, held until that clause resolves it.

4Acceptance

You accept these Terms by using this site, by launching a token through it, or by directing a token's creator fees to the Infinite Paid treasury. Directing fees is itself acceptance: if you point a token's creator fees at the treasury, these Terms bind you as that token's deployer whether or not you ever visit this site.

5Eligibility

To use Infinite Paid you must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You must not be listed on any United States government list of sanctioned or restricted persons, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, and you must not be located in, organized in, or a resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions, or any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive United States sanctions. Infinite Paid is not offered where using it would be unlawful, and by using it you represent that all of the above is true of you.

6If a token names you

You are not a party to these terms and you have not agreed to anything. A token can name any X account without that account's knowledge, consent or involvement, and nothing in this document imposes an obligation on a recipient.

A share of claimed fees becomes payable to your handle and is sent through X Money when it crosses a payout milestone, whether or not you have opened an X Money account. If you have not, the payment is claimable for the window clause 10 describes. Receiving a payment does not create a relationship between you and Infinite Paid, or between you and whoever launched the token. It does not make you a customer, a partner, a promoter or an endorser of anything, and no payment should be read as any of those things.

If you do not wish to receive payments, that is controlled in X Money, which governs who may pay you generally. You can also ask us directly to remove your handle and not pay you; clause 13 sets out how.

7If you launch a token

You are responsible for the token you deploy and for everything about it, including its name, ticker, artwork, description and the lawfulness of launching it where you are. Directing creator fees to Infinite Paid does not make Infinite Paid the token's issuer, promoter, operator or sponsor, and you must not represent that it does.

You are responsible for the handle you name. You must not name an account in order to imply an endorsement, affiliation, partnership or approval that does not exist, and you must not name an account in order to harass, defame or impersonate any person.

Registration is permissionless and there is no review queue. That is not a statement that anything is permitted. Infinite Paid may decline to claim fees for a token, decline to pay out against it, or remove it from the site, at any time and without notice.

8Deployer representations

By directing a token's creator fees to the Infinite Paid treasury, you represent and warrant that: you have the lawful right to create the token and to direct its fees; the token's name, description, and artwork are lawful and do not infringe any third party's rights; you are not a sanctioned or restricted person and are not acting for one; you named the recipient handle in good faith and not to harass its owner or to imply endorsement; you will not claim any affiliation between the token and Infinite Paid, X, or any launchpad beyond what is factually true; you are complying with the terms of the launchpad the token was created on; and the information you provide is accurate.

9Payments and the split

Every claim divides the same way: 80% to the recipient and 20% retained as the protocol cut. The split is fixed, it is identical for every token, and Infinite Paid takes nothing on top of it. The protocol cut is spent buying $PAID on the open market and burning it, as described on the $PAID page.

Payouts are made through X Money, which is operated by X and not by Infinite Paid. Its availability, limits, fees and eligibility rules are X's. Infinite Paid cannot change them, override them, or guarantee that any particular recipient is able to receive a payment.

Amounts are converted to dollars at the point of payout. Anything you receive is yours to report. Clause 14 covers tax.

10Payouts and unclaimed payments

When a recipient share crosses a payout milestone it is sent through X Money, whether or not the named handle has opened an X Money account. A payment to a handle without X Money is held by X Money as claimable. Under X Money's policy, which Infinite Paid does not control, an unclaimed payment expires and the funds return to the sender, usually within 14 days. A payment claimed within that window belongs to the recipient. A payment that expires unclaimed returns to Infinite Paid and is divided in half: 50% passes to the protocol treasury wallet and 50% is spent on the $PAID buyback and burn. It is no longer payable to the handle. An amount withheld under the reserved rights or taxes sections is a held balance and is held until that section resolves it. Payouts depend on X Money and on the flow described in the docs, and a payout is made when it can lawfully and practically be made. If anything elsewhere on the site describes unclaimed payments or held balances differently, this section controls.

11Prohibited uses

You may not use Infinite Paid, directly or through a token, to launder money or move proceeds of crime, to evade sanctions, to commit fraud, to engage in manipulative or deceptive trading practices, to impersonate any person, or to do anything unlawful. You may not name a handle in order to harass, defame, or extort its owner, or to imply that its owner endorses, sponsors, or is involved with a token or with Infinite Paid. You may not use a token's name, description, or artwork in a way that infringes anyone's intellectual property or publicity rights. You may not interfere with the service or attempt to circumvent a removal, a do-not-pay listing, or any other decision made under these Terms, including by relaunching a token for a handle that has opted out.

12Reserved rights

We may refuse, delay, or decline to register a token, to display a handle, or to make a payout, and we may delist a token or suspend any part of the service, where we believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, by sanctions, by a court or government order, or by an action of X, X Money, a launchpad, an exchange, or a bank, or that a token, a handle, or a payout involves fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. An amount withheld under this section is held, and is paid or otherwise resolved when the reason for withholding is resolved. We are not liable for a refusal, delay, or withholding made in good faith under this section.

13Removal and do-not-pay

Any person may ask that their handle be removed from Infinite Paid and not be paid. Send the request from the handle in question, or with reasonable proof of control of it, to @infinitepaid on X or to admin@infinitepaid.app. We honor removal within 7 days. A removed handle is placed on a do-not-pay list: it is no longer displayed on the site, we stop claiming the creator fees of tokens that name it, leaving those fees unclaimed on chain, and any payment already sent to it remains claimable until it expires under X Money's policy, then is divided in half like any other expired payment, 50% to the protocol treasury wallet and 50% to the $PAID buyback and burn, and any balance accrued but not yet sent is divided the same way when the removal takes effect.

14Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes. Amounts received through Infinite Paid may be taxable to the recipient, and directing a token's fees may have tax consequences for the deployer; what applies depends on your circumstances and your jurisdiction, and Infinite Paid does not characterize any payment for tax purposes. Infinite Paid does not provide tax advice and does not currently issue tax documents. Where law requires it, we may collect tax information, report a payment, or withhold from it, and we may condition a payout on the recipient providing information the law requires us to collect. A payout conditioned this way is treated as a held balance until the information is provided.

15Intellectual property

The Infinite Paid name, marks, site design and written content belong to Infinite Paid. Token names, tickers and artwork belong to whoever created them and are shown to identify a registered token. X, X Money, pump.fun, pons.family, Robinhood and four.meme names, marks and badges belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those services. See the disclosures page.

16No warranty

The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

On-chain systems fail, RPC providers go down, claims revert, launchpads change their fee mechanics, and third-party rails change their rules without notice. Infinite Paid does not guarantee that any fee will be claimable, that any claim will succeed, that any payment will settle, that any figure shown is current, or that the service will be available at any given time.

17Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Paid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or token value, however caused.

Infinite Paid's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total protocol cut it actually retained in respect of the token giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Tokens are high risk. Infinite Paid is not responsible for the value or behaviour of any token, including $PAID, and is not responsible for the acts of any launchpad, chain, bridge or payment rail it depends on.

18Indemnity

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your token, its name, description, or artwork, the handle it names, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or of any third party's rights.

19Disputes, arbitration, and governing law

Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or any proceeding, you must send a written description of the dispute to admin@infinitepaid.app and give us 30 days to resolve it with you. We will do the same before starting a proceeding against you.

Agreement to arbitrate. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, the protocol, a token registered with it, a payout, a held balance, or $PAID will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitration will be decided by one arbitrator, seated in Wyoming, and conducted by videoconference or on written submissions unless the arbitrator finds an in-person hearing necessary. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

What stays in court. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies there, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized use of the service.

Individual basis only. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. Neither party may participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. This waiver of class and representative proceedings is an essential part of this section. If a court finds it unenforceable as to a particular dispute, that dispute must be decided in court, and the rest of this section still applies to everything else.

Jury waiver. To the extent a dispute proceeds in court, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.

Who decides what. The arbitrator decides all questions about the interpretation, applicability, and enforceability of this section, except that a court decides the enforceability of the class and representative waiver above.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration section by sending a notice to admin@infinitepaid.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, the handle or wallet you use, and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year of the date it accrued, or it is permanently barred, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Governing law and venue. These Terms and any dispute under them are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any matter that belongs in court under this section must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

20Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here, and the effective date and version at the top of this page identify it. Material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to direct fees to Infinite Paid after a change means you accept the version then published.

21Contact

Infinite Paid is contactable at @infinitepaid on X and at admin@infinitepaid.app. Legal notices, dispute notices under clause 19, and arbitration opt-outs go to admin@infinitepaid.app. Removal and do-not-pay requests under clause 13 go there too, or to @infinitepaid on X from the handle in question.

Note that on-chain records cannot be deleted by Infinite Paid or by anyone else, and that whether an account can be paid at all is a setting on X Money rather than something Infinite Paid controls.
