Reaching $5K in combined recipient fees can queue a payment sooner. New threshold hits move ahead of daily payments. Catch-up pays amounts of $1,000 or more largest first, with no operator $10,000 cap. Early sends do not shift the daily cutoff. Remaining fees carry forward; payments are subject to available funds and recipient checks.
